Spinach Salad
1 package fresh spinach leaves, washed and torn in pieces
1 can (or fresh) bean sprouts, drained and chopped
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
Dressing:
1 cup salad oil
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1/3 cup ketchup
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 small onion, chopped fine
Salt to taste
Mix dressing in fruit jar and shake well. Toss with salad just before serving. Serves 6-8.
