Rhubarb Crunch
Mix:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup margarine
5 Tbsp powdered sugar
Spread in greased 9 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 325F for 15 minutes.
Mix:
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cup sugar
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup flour
Dash of salt
2 cups rhubarb, chopped
Spread over baked crust and bake at 325F for 45 minutes.
