Raspberry Applesauce Salad
1 (6 oz) package raspberry Jello
1 3/4 cups boiling water
2 packages frozen raspberries
2 cups applesauce
8 oz sour cream
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 cup whipping cream
Dissolve jello in water; add raspberries and applesauce. Pour into 9 inch square pan and refrigerate until set. Combine sour cream and marshmallows and let sit in refrigerator several hours or over night. Before serving, whip cream and combine with sour cream and marshmallows. Spread over jello mixture. Cut into squares to serve.
