Pumpkin Cheesecake
Preheat oven to 350F
Crust:
2 Cups graham cracker crumbs
3 TBLS sugar
1/2 TSP ground cinnamon
1 stick melted butter
Mix together, then spread on the bottom of a 9" cake pan. Pack in firmly.
Filling Step 1:
3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, at room temperature
1 cup sugar
1 (15-ounce) can pumpkin
4 eggs
1/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Smooth the cream cheese with the sugar in the blender. Slowly mix in the rest of the ingredients.
Filling Step 2:
1/2 cups sugar
1/8 teaspoon fresh ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
Mix together
Filling Step 3:
Mix step 2 into step 1. Pour into the pan over the crust.
Bake about one hour.
