Baked Pork Chops
6 pork chops
2 Tbsp oil
1 cup water
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup sour cream with chives
1 small onion, chopped
Bay leaf
Salt and pepper to taste
Brown chops in oil. Pour off oil. Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour over chops. Bake in slow oven 300F to 325F for 45 minutes. Add more water if gravy is too thick or too rich.
