Grandma's Meatloaf
(Measurements are approximate as I don't actually measure anything for this recipe.)
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
2 eggs
1/4 cup ketchup
1 Tbsp prepared mustard
3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp onion flakes
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Squish together with your hands until it is well mixed. Grease large baking dish or bread pan, 5 x 9 x 3 inches deep and pat mixture into a loaf shape. Top with additional shredded cheese if desired. Bake 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, or until tested slice is cooked through.
