Mayonnaise, Whole Egg Style
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp dry mustard
1 Tbsp cider vinegar
1-1/4 cup oil
Put egg, salt, mustard and vinegar in blender. Turn on low to medium speed, and pour 1 cup of the oil in slow, steady stream into blender while it is blending. This gets very thick so you will need to stop and stir by hand, then continue with last 1/4 cup oil.
