Lutefisk

4 pounds lutefisk
Melted butter

Rinse lutefisk in cool water. Place in baking dish and cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 375F about 40 minutes or until fish flakes easily when prodded with fork. Serve hot with lots of melted butter and mashed potatoes rolled up in lefse. Serves 6 Scandinavians or more if others are present.
