Frozen Cranberry Salad
1 pound cranberries
2 cups sugar
1 pint whipping cream
1 package miniature marshmallows
1 can crushed pineapple, drained (large size can)
Grind cranberries. Add sugar and let sit for 15 minutes. Whip cream and mix with marshmallows and pineapple. Fold in cranberries and freeze in 9 x 13 pan. Cut in squares to serve.
