Fried Rice
Serves 4
Prepare 4 cups cooked white rice
Heat wok with 1 Tbsp sesame oil swirled around
Brown 1/2 pound or more of meat, cut fine. (pork, chicken, beef, leftover breakfast sausage, or bacon)
1-2 eggs, scrambled and chopped fine (or left-over
scrambled eggs)
4 cups cooked rice
1/3 to 1/2 cup bean sprouts (drained if canned)
1/3 to 1/2 cup water chestnuts (drained if canned)
3 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp House of Tsang Szechuan Spicy Stir-fry Sauce
Combine all ingredients in wok. Heat and stir until mixture is hot.
