Cucumber Sandwiches

1 package Italian dressing mix
1 Tbsp Miracle Whip
Dash of Tabasco sauce
12 oz cream cheese

1 loaf cocktail rye bread
Cucumber, sliced thin

Mix dressing mix, Miracle Whip, Tabasco sauce and cream cheese. Spread on cocktail rye bread and top with slice of cucumber. Makes 60 open faced sandwiches.
