Chicken Casserole
1 package Uncle Ben's Wild Rice Blend, cooked according to package directions.
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup sherry (optional)
2 Tbsp butter, melted
4 chicken breasts, skinned and cut in half
Slivered almonds
Parmesan cheese
Put rice in the bottom of casserole dish. Cover with 1/2 of the soup, sherry, butter mixture. Place 8 chicken breasts on top of rice and cover with remaining mixture. Sprinkle slivered almonds and Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350F for 2 1/2 hours.
