Broccoli Salad
20 oz package frozen chopped broccoli
1 bottle Italian dressing
Fresh mushrooms, sliced (about 3/4 pint)
Cherry tomatoes, quartered (about 1/2 pint)
Ripe olives, sliced (about 1/2 cup)
Cook broccoli. Cool and marinate in Italian dressing for 6-8 hours. Add sliced mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and ripe olives. Mix well and chill. Serves 8-10.
