Bethlehem Lutheran Lefse
Make approximately 12 pieces
4 cups mashed potatoe
1/3 cup shortening
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp sugar
Mix well and cool.
Add:
1 1/2 cup flour
Divide in half and store one half in refrigerator until ready to use. Roll thin with lots of flour. Cool pieces of lefse between layers of dish towel after baking.
