Best Brownies
1 1/2 cup butter
1/2 pound unsweetened chocolate
6 eggs, beaten
3 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
3 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts
Melt butter and chocolate in double boiler. Beat eggs, adding sugar slowly; add melted chocolate and butter. Add flour, vanilla and nuts. Bake at 350F, in two 8 inch pans 20-25 minutes. Don't overcook. Centers should be very moist.
