Barbeque Meatballs
1 pound lean ground beef
1 package onion soup mix
1 Tbsp dry parsley
2 cups fresh bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
Combine and shape into small balls. Arrange in a single layer in baking dish.
Sauce:
1 cup ketchup
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup grape jelly
Mix and pour over meatballs. Bake 45 minutes or more at 350F until done.
