Corn and Broccoli Casserole
2 cans creamed corn
1 (10 oz) bag frozen broccoli
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Salt and pepper to taste
Cracker crumbs, crushed for topping
Heat broccoli in water just enough to separate. Drain off water and mix broccoli with creamed corn, eggs, salt and pepper. Sprinkle crushed cracker crumbs on top. Bake at 350F for 1 hour. Serves 6-8.
